SERVICES AND RATES

Dog Walking

Our main concern is the safety of your dog. We only walk 2 to 3 dogs at a time depending on the size and personality of each dog. We will never let your dog off-leash or tie your dog outside unattended. Our typical dog walking visit includes providing your dog with fresh water, playtime and/or feeding depending on your needs. Based on your location, your dog is walked within your neighborhood or at a nearby park.

Solo walks $5 extra

An additional $5 will be charged for each additional household dog, walks before 11am, walks after 5pm, and walks on weekends or holidays.

Cat Sitting

Our cat sitting visits are typically 30 minutes, and include feeding, providing fresh water and scooping out the litter-box. We will also pick up your mail/newspaper, and water your house plants for no additional charge. For the safety of your cat(s), we require daily visits, and will not agree to visit your cat(s) on a less frequent basis while you are away (e.g., visiting your cat(s) every other day).

House sitting

Our house sitting services can be provided within your own home or at ours, depending on availability. While caring for your pet, we try our best to maintain their daily routine. All house sitting includes at least three dog walks each day. Picking up your mail and watering your house plants are also included. For households with one cat, cat sitting is free.

$55 for one dog per 24 hour period

$10 for each additional dog
$5 for more than one cat.

Reservations

To make a reservation for your pet, please phone us at 718-622-0600, or you can email us at pets@housebrokenny.com. Please note that you must receive confirmation from us to be assured that the reservation was made. In addition, summers and holidays are extremely busy for us, please make your reservations early to guarantee availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events occur and you may need to cancel our services. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you please contact us the night before the day of your scheduled service, to avoid a $5 cancellation fee. However, if we arrive at your home and your dog is not available, or if we are unable to gain access to your apartment, your full daily rate will be charged.

Payment

Payment is due as services are rendered. Regular clients are billed biweekly and payment is due on Friday of the second week. For our house sitting services, partial payment is required in advance. We accept cash and checks.
